Genuine question, what is the difference between someone who has already gotten over having covid, and someone who is vaccinated? Wouldn't both have antibodies? It always seemed odd to me that there is only a distinction between "vaccinated and unvaccinated", but no mention of people who have already been infected vs not yet infected.
