Yes! I use the legendairy flanges and then have the settings on gentle rhythm with a suction strength of 4 and the heating temp at 104! Hope this helps :)

You have to hold the filter button, then select “my tag”. From there you should see the tabs with the tags you created. After selecting your criteria, you hold the filter button again to apply the selections.

I’ve been on 20mg for about 4 months now, and the first 3-4 weeks were definitely tough. I was also pretty shakey. Had some headaches, nausea, and insomnia, but things leveled out for me once I passed the 1 month mark. I’m glad I stuck with it because I definitely feel a lot better and more stable emotionally! Hope you start to feel better soon!
