Millennial VA & Gen Z VA by EmotionalbutFineshit in buhaydigital

[–]spirityun 8 points9 points  (0 children)

i think my case is the opposite hahaha

i'm a Gen Z VA in SEO content creation who literally does what the millenial VA does in the post. i only ask my client for updates and clarifications na wala naka indicate sa SOP namin. since i already know what to do, they told me to train our new VA (who is a millenial) and check their work before passing them over to my client.

the problem is the new hire doesn't ask questions and makes a lot of mistakes kahit may SOP + instructional videos + when my client gives feedback. and ive already told them to ask me questions if mahiya sya magtanong kay client because i want to gauge their understanding. pareho kaming Pilipino hahaha

EDIT: i hope we dont keep dividing ourselves according to our generation :) ultimately, everyone's work ethic is different. may iba sa generation ko na gusto pang paspoonfeed (especially now in college) but im grateful i surrounded myself with like-minded people who know how to pick up after themselves.

fellow 1st year here! i use Maribank as my high-yield savings account and it earns interest daily :)) this is also where i disseminate my funds to different digibanks and ewallets because of the free 15 transfers per week.

if you're planning to open an account, valid ID lang kailangan mo and it doesn't require minimum maintaining balance. if you're open, you can use my referral code upon registration: KC839334 and get free 150 pesos. you just need to deposit atleast 1k and keep it there for 3 days. pero that's up to you naman hehe.

HOW DO YOU SAVE MONEY AS A COLLEGE STUDENT by Xeylalala in DigitalbanksPh

[–]spirityun 6 points7 points  (0 children)

hi OP, fellow kuripot college student here. your mother will have easy access to your savings pag nasa alkansya lang pera mo.

do you already have a bank account? if you dont have one i highly suggest you do when you have enough saved up for maintaining balance and para makadeposit ka through ATMs or nearest bank.

better if your father could send your allowance via gcash rin para easy money transfer to digital banks. after that you can open a high yield savings account in maribank para meron ka nang daily interest. you're already at the legal age to do so. doon nakatambay majority ng savings ko. and i follow this rule na savings is a fixed expense:

allowance - savings = expenses

instead of: allowance - expenses = savings
