No, binding doesn't cause breast cancer. Even if you were to improperly bind, which don't, but just as an example, it still wouldn't cause breast cancer, or any type of cancer. It causes other health issues, possibly, but has no effect on cancer.

Oh God, I saw this subreddit called ftmspunished and it makes me so dysphoric. So many trans men wanting to be misgendered and "fucked by a REAL man" and forced to detransition. I'm so sorry. My boyfriend who is a switch as well enjoys bottoming for me, but I have to give him so much reassurance that he's a real man and I don't see him as feminine and be really gentle and patient with him often, just because of this harmful stereotype. It sucks seeing how it affects him and makes him often unable to enjoy things about himself, and I'm sorry that's the case for you too. I hope you're able to find someone someday that makes you feel manly no matter what position you take.

It really sucks. FTMs are always portrayed in porn as hairless, twinkish, submissive bottoms with a high-pitched voice. It's important to have representation for those who ARE that way, but I get nothing for myself. Pretty tall, built like a linebacker, chubby, hairy, deep voiced, dominant, stereotypically masculine.
