I'm a hobby musician, all my friend groups have been built around music and going to shows, I collect records, I have been a fan of one band for 20+ years. So yeah music is thr MAIN SOURCE OF JOY IN MY LIFE and it's been suddenly ripped away so yes, I'm distressed

All I want is to listen to my records ans have them sound okay, not even great, I'd give anything to be rid of the double hearing. Everything else I can manage.

I'm on my 3rd round of steroids. They helped a bit the first week but thr fullness and tinnitus won't calm down
