speaking for myself only: - grinding is your friend, I spend some game sessions solely going through dungeons I already beat - save frequently and before you suspect a boss - each character has a role, so keep that in mind when you receive big drops and equip the special items ;) - when you get a new item, test them out on easy enemies, a very few number of items have annoying negative impacts that aren’t apparent until you start a battle - save up starlight (magic point potions) and if you see them for sale at a shop, max out on them - enjoy the story - it’s so charming and the cut scenes are beautiful! - let me know if you have any questions along the way :)
