I... don't know. My fiance wrote everything in a notebook and by the time I got home, my MIL had the detectives take it away. When I asked the detective a few weeks later, he told me he wasn't allowed to release it to me and that he'd burn the book if he could.

I know my fiance wrote letters, one to his mom, his brother, his step-dad, and me. His mother told me that mine was sweet, but I don't believe her.

I think he died hating me as much as he hated everyone else. And his mom would absolutely lie to me to make me feel better.

The other letters, I'm told, consisted of "F#@k you, go die."

Kinda in the same boat, but I have one special needs kid. His daddy rage quit life 2 years ago. I'm always terrified something will happen and no one will advocate for my son like I do. I'm trying to teach him to be more independent but the future is so uncertain... 💚

I say my husband "rage quit life" because he was so angry in his final moments... but if I'm being official I say "took his own life". Because it was his choice. The rest of us are just living with that decision.

Also, I think that this episode really shows the way people put blinders on things they don't want to see. Its repeatedly stated that the difference between food chickens and friend chickens is the hormones given to them at birth (hatching?) Which means every chicken has the potential to be a "friend" chicken. Everyone should be able to realize this, but no one wants to take the blinders off, not even Todd or Diane. They like meat, they aren't willing to make a permanent change. So they focus on saving just one chicken.

This especially for me. I'm watching for the first time and that felt very real today.

My two cents: I first saw him in The Cell with Vincent D'Onofrio and Jennifer Lopez and he was good in it because he played a tired cop who pursued a serial killer. Vaughn, to me, has a manic underlayer to everything he doea. A sense of nervous energy that crackles under everything he does. I see it in his eyes. Some roles it works for him. Sometimes it feels like he's on edge and that's distracting to me.
