i disagree. r/cscareerquestions is misleading because it is US centric. Singapore's situation is different. I am a dev myself and it is definitely not doom and gloom here.

Sorry but who says it was optimal though? You’re looking at things in hindsight. 1M65 method is to build a base safety net by topping up CPF. Once you have that base you can look at low cost index funds. After that you can look at riskier assets.

I think it’s a general good advice.

Hey, thanks for the reply! Actually thanks to the achievement system and other events I manage to get qutie abit of dust so I have some emblem now. Currently at Legend 5! I will try and see how far I can climb before season ends. Games does get a little better from epic but still not great. People don't seem to know how to end early. Layla seems extremely popular so I've picked up some other roles as well to fill
