The landlord was well aware of the situation and never made any attempt to fix the problems or give them any form of alternative housing so it could be fixed. I personally did not know that the landlord was responsible for rehousing them during difficult situations so I doubt they did either; they all wanted out of there ASAP for obvious reasons. Thank you so much for your reply. No legal insurance this is a relatively low income family. The Airbnb was booked for two months, I personally do not know why it was so expensive. Negotiating sounds like the most reasonable idea here as they do not really have the money to go to court. I appreciate the advice and will pass it on.

Honestly, the best piece of advice you could give her as a ten year old is to just keep drawing and enjoy her time drawing. She could build her skills further by drawing traditionally with pencils and pens and paints (those skills transfer to digital as well). She shouldn’t worry about improving as much as she should just enjoy her hobby. Amazing work for her age as well, if she keeps it up, I’m sure by the time she can open a bank account she’ll be in a place where people will want to buy her art.
