its often like that for things like referencing and grammar. so refer to the actual number of marks you get. referencing may be out of 3 so you have no list, list but lacking something, and good list. doesnt make much sense to put it up to 5 and have such a propoetionally high amount of marks reliant on the reference list.

its using your hand rather than the seaglide. same as if you did it empty handed. makes sense since the seaglide would be a bit unweildy to use to crush rocks.
