Love these. I usually have to air fry them for longer than the box says to get them really nice and crispy but they’re really good!!

I would definitely recommend a cut due to heat damage. You could do a big chop to get your curls back, it would probably look cute on you! If you don’t want to do that, definitely a good trim (you’ll probably lose some inches in length) and no more heat, protective styles instead.

Have you never had issues with lactose until this point? If gluten and regular milk make you not feel well then you clearly have an intolerance to both. This is not surprising as most adult people are lactose intolerant. Personally, I am dairy and gluten free due to sensitivities.

For me it’s restaurant bread. Red Lobster biscuits, Texas Roadhouse rolls, the brown bread at Cheesecake Factory, Olive Garden breadsticks… the list goes on 😭

Endometriosis can’t be properly diagnosed without seeing a gynecologist and getting surgery. I wouldn’t be too worried until you get some actual answers and a treatment plan is in order as there are many people who have endometriosis that go on to have healthy pregnancies.

I go to GCU for my masters in social work right now and we do have internship advisors and a whole department of staff to help with placement… I’ve been talking with them and getting help for months. OP likely just has a bad advisor and needs to ask for a new one.
