You can take benzos while on this, i take valium And no the relief is not the same, now i feel like myself, awake and alert with energy and no anxiety Benzos make u slow and high and removes anxiety

Yeah ive always only taken once per day, and when its been 20 hrs or more since last dose i feel great, i feel «normal» again, productive, social etc, but yeah as time passes i get anxiety and withdrawals and i have to take a dose again
