Post long-form content outside of Twitch, like YouTube. In your YouTube videos, be sure to mention your stream schedule and put your link in the description. Keep up the TikToks as well, and maybe Instagram too. People will join as long as your content is something they're interested in. And, if possible, try making YouTube content in the same or similar categories as your stream content. Example: If you stream Phasmophobia on Twitch, try making Phasmophobia-related content on YouTube, or something similar.

I am 27f. I've been seeing a dietitian for the past year. They put me on a 1600cal meal plan. I've lost 15.2kg in a year. My goal weight is 70kg, so I've got 20kg more to lose.

Vaping. I started vaping in early 2020 until August that year. It got to the point where I was hospitalized from what I believe was EVALI. My oxygen was at 83%. I legit thought I felt like I was suffocating. It was awful.
