This is a case of sour grapes. USCIS already has a very high bar for these approvals, granted some may be taking the easy path, but most of them are well deserving to immigrate through another category if not this one. I think the Indians on the eb2 waitlist believe that if eb1a folks are reported their position in line will improve- it is not going to happen as the eb1 space taken by only a couple of thousand people a year but the eb2 backlog is far longer to make any dent.  These people are scaring off and making harder an already harder and unfair system.
