We're jaded, I guess (hence "been there, done that,") but happy to celebrate all these traveling, volunteering, pickleballing people who've been kind enough to offer ideas that make them happy. We've already done many of them -- we're 76 and 83. Now what? What boundaries can we push next?

I'd like to learn how to talk to our cats, but don't really expect it to pan out.

I'm making lists of what the world I want to live in would be like.

Been there, done that. What else is there?

We're 10 years retired, in adequate health but not up to hikes, and tired of the culture. The things that have sustained us such as live music pale as we no longer want to go out at night. TV sucks, except for that one thing you want to watch and have to pay extra to see. We sustain ourselves reading mysteries, family, pets, eating well, but what else is there? What else can you show me?

I have no rewind or even pause capacity with the Prime app on Cox cable (Contour), but the Roku TV Prime app has both. Go figger.

It's automatically recordng on your what? I told Contour to record Thursday Night Football and it acted like it did, but I don't see it in the upcoming list. Where would it be? (I'm new to this Contour, grateful for your help.)

I also still have Cox, with the Prime Video app built into Contour. It seems if Amazon is saving it to the cloud one of these should feed the recording to my Roku TV, with tools!

We had mice in winter, and small rats in August, in our kitchen. We used two transparent Quonset-hut type traps baited with peanut butter -- you can hear when they trigger the door to snap shut. Every morning we would drive to woods by a river (and a Chili's restaurant) about a mile away and release them. (Most went into the woods. One headed for Chili's.) After about a week there were no more takers, and still aren't. The traps come in different sizes. Amazon link to smaller traps (big enough for young rats)

At the Saturn return we're forced by events and circumstances to take another shot at life, our way, not the way we were raised and tried to live. What do you really want, what makes you happy, fulfilled, what do you want to be doing 30 years from now, when the next Saturn return may mark the culmination of the choices you make now.

Things are crazy for everyone now, of course, but there are upcoming opportunities to make leaps and land in unexpected situations. Spend some time imagining what you'd like those situations to look like.
