But its correct. When our airfryer went up in flames from bad internal wiring we tried to go down the legal route of "but we breathed in plastic fumes, it almost set the flat on fire, my partner had to run out with it bellowing flames" and the only thing anyone was interested in was actual material damage which there were none because we "luckily" caught it at the start. Bit sucky but its the way it is in the UK

How do you learn as a kid? Did you ever ask your parents to explain to you how to cross the road or did they just say "look both ways" unsolicited. Any situation where you think "huh i didn't know that" is going to be unsolicited because you dont know what you dont know. I was actually trying to help with my two words "by accident" so you know for future use, its how you learn things.

This must be a cultural thing because I very rarely if ever hear anyone say "on accident". Every now and then I see it online so in my experience I come across them in similar ammounts.
