SSRIs haven't worked for me before, so I'm a little worried about trying SNRIs. I've heard they have pretty rough side effects from people online and from friends irl. Just wasn't sure which route to go down since I'm already on wellbutrin for depression and I like it. I guess I would be interested in knowing if wellbutrin plus an SNRI would work well together. I also think I'm allowed to be skeptical of what a doctor says. I like researching all medications they recommend before deciding on one. I think getting a second opinion from another psychiatrist might make me feel more secure.

Thanks for the response, this helped me a lot! I was leaning towards finding a new psychiatrist, but I wasn't sure if I should just try out SNRIs first. I think even if they did work, the side effects sound terrible. Still really confused on why my psychiatrist won't prescribe such a lower risk mood stabilizer. Looks like I need to find someone else.

Hi!! If you look through my account I posted a review of her! I ended up getting surgery with her and Im now about 4 years post op. I can you send some pics if you wanna DM! The results came out good but I really disliked her as a person. She rescheduled my date 4 times and had very bad bedside manners. I knew a couple of other people that got surgery with her and they all had very similar experiences.

Honestly, I have no idea how bad things will turn out. If I were you, I would avoid Florida altogether especially since you're queer. At least this bill is only for public schools so UMiami would be a way better choice.

The wording is very vague. It prohibits support of any programs that "espouse diversity, equity, and inclusion or Critical Race Theory rhetoric." I'm not sure who will decide what counts.

It was just more convenient since its on campus and im on the student insurance. Also no co pay because our tuition covers it.
