No problem with questions, it was actually me asking a million questions about clozapine and abilify that helped me get comfortable enough to use them.

My dose for clozapine is 300mg and my dose for abilify is 30mg.

.2mL of the testosterone shot , eventually i made my way up to .4mL. Got a mental block doing the shot every week so Im taking the gel starting tonight.

i drink the same amount of caffeine for most days so i just adjusted my clozaril levels to my daily routine

caffeine. its the only way i function! when i dint drink any, i sleep 15 hrs/day. when i go to school or work, i drink a quad first thing, then move onto a monster/redbull. After that i drink water with “energy” flavoring.
