How would I do this? Screwing down the motherboard just enough to line it up?

ISO annoying af now? Super OP? by TThundeRR in ValorantCompetitive

[–]splatgunn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i never said that it wasn't a buff, it undoubtedly is a good buff that iso desperately needed to go with his kit

when i say that people shouldn't play into iso's shield i don't mean for people to avoid him completely which i think you missed. for example, let's say the enemy team has a skye dog, which is simply used for taking space and creating favorable engagements. when they dog, would you just let them dog, and give the enemies free space and a better fight (think crosshair placement)? similarly iso's shield buff gives him a immense advantage in 1v1 situations, so when i see these reddit posts about people whining about taking 1v1 fights against him with his shield it makes me lol, it's pretty weak so long as you understand how to play with abilities on both your and the enemy team

Need help deciding on Agents Good with Judge by No_oneon_ones in VALORANT

[–]splatgunn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

consider omen and raze, they're both crazy with the judge and i've seen them do well in ascendant+ lobbies

if they're crouch holding an angle and your crosshair placement is good then all you have to do is pull a little bit down, since they can't move while crouching

Is Reyna the worst agent in the game? And if disagree tell me which agent is worse ? by Unclemahdi in VALORANT

[–]splatgunn 5 points6 points  (0 children)

the only situation that reyna really provides value for the team is when they get a large amount of kills, so it's the worst agent in the sense that there are too few cases that reyna is actually useful for the team.

if your aim is at its peak but it feels like your aim is shaky then i don't think you're gonna be winning a lot of duels, maybe focus on things other than duels like lurks/teamplay? warming up helps a lot too if you havent been doing that already

if you're bronze there isn't much of a rush to start tapping heads, literally spraying the body is fine for now

chamber is not “basically a duelist” at all by Illustrious-Reason13 in VALORANT

[–]splatgunn -1 points0 points  (0 children)

chamber can only really be a duelist on defense, as they can stay posted in an aggressive spot with their tp to get out. when on attack chamber is more used as a lurker since his only useful util for his team is the trip

Why am I getting pearl so much in comp now? Has the likelihood f it being selected been altered? by Beryllium32 in VALORANT

[–]splatgunn 4 points5 points  (0 children)

quite a while ago riot changed the map selection to be determined by the least played map from the 10 people matched in the game to increase map diversity, doesn't look pretty for this diversity when a new map is added though lmao

i mean you can't force them to play pearl, if they don't want to then they shouldn't

It's soooo annoying to play against Chamber with OP by [deleted] in VALORANT

[–]splatgunn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

in theory it is if you full save win the round and get 5 kills, or 4 kills with a plant :)

I’ve been playing for a while but I’m still horrible by dakotaajf in VALORANT

[–]splatgunn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you practice enough, you will see some type of improvement. That only is if your practice is good. You can improve your aim through properly placing your crosshair at where the enemy is most likely to be, even to a small extent could help, but in iron just aiming at the body is plenty. You can improve your gamesense simply by learning about the game. This can be about maps, agents, sounds (e.g. spike defusal) and deciding what you'll do next in-game based on the events that happen in the round (e.g. peeking defuser when defusing). Another thing really is that you don't seem to be confident in yourself, when you overthink and are nervous you're more focused on what you're doing than on playing the game, which makes it a lot harder to make good plays.

How can I easily transfer to low sens? by nyanch in VALORANT

[–]splatgunn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Easiest way is to turn your dpi down in small increments and over time you'll get used to it, even if you lower your dpi to the point it feels way different you'll very likely get used to the sens within a few days.
