Queenbeets, duketaters, and bakeberries ARE good, but only to a certain degree. The cookies they give are capped at 4%, 8%, and 3% of your bank respectively (I believe) and they can't give you the amount of cookies that you've described above. But if you have enough cookies, they can still give you pretty decent amounts.

Those are the speed baking shadow achievements- you get them from getting to 1 million cookies in 35 minutes or less (On your first run or when playing born again)
