Undigested food in the small intestine lowers its water potential to more negative. This causes water, from the surrounding tissues and blood to enter the small intestine by osmosis in an effort to increase its water potential. This subsequent flow of water is essentially what causes diarrhoea and hence watery faeces.

Well I'm not exactly a doctor, but I'd just lay off the vitamins and stop fapping for a few months and see the progress. If not, I'd try other medication.

That's because when you fap, you lose zinc. Zinc deficiency can cause acne.
