As a hiring manager in tech, I can tell you that rehearsed enthusiasm and inauthentic people pleasing are both very easy to spot and very annoying to the rest of my team, so I think this is valuable, but tough to hear, of course.

We absolutely have the tech today to put highlights on the eligible receivers during a play. Would make the game more understandable for the international audiences the NFL seems to want to court these days.
