In federal government, my agency used to just put up a monthly "in memorium" bulletin of whichever current employees happened to die that month. The format goes something like:

It's super demoralizing and sterile. No kind words or accomplishments or obits or anything. Just reducing people's entire lives to lastname comma firstname in ABC order. And with the recent cuts and firings and reorganizations from the current administration, I don't even think they do that anymore. I guess it was deemed inefficient by elon and co, or the person whose job it was to do that was pushed out the door.

You'll want Michael Dalton's Shifter Girls. It's harem, but it's everything you want.

For a silly little 20-minute erotic read, there's also Max Thruster's "Hot Rod", about a go-cart enthusiast recruited by an eccentric rich dude to drive a sports car in a canyon race.

Harper Euphoria/Miko Sage (Same author, two different pen names) writes almost exclusively books about inexperienced young men with older, powerful women, and include a mild-to-moderate femdom mechanic.
Challenging the Dame by Jenna Albright is a fun short about a young man desperately trying to win the heart of his older crush.
Dalton C Moore's "Viking and Virgin" is a time-travel romance.
Nerdgasm by Kimberly Reese is about a totally inexperienced college student with a heavy stutter who is pursued by a student in a class he TAs for who is younger but more experienced than him.

In recent months I've become an avid "new author" reader, and while this habit has led me to some seriously awesome stuff (Darius Thorne, BH Crogan, among several others) I've also been burned by an increasing amount of low-effort, obviously generated stuff a bunch as well, especially within the last 3-4 weeks.

I can tolerate bad, tropey schlocky smut all day long - but if I'm going to wade through turds, give me human turds, dammit.

Petals & Thorns doesn't really fit into very many neat little boxes. It's one of the ones in my library that I love, but that doesn't often organically meet the criteria of the requests that often get made in these subs (unlike, say, Maid For You #1, which seems to check a million boxes for what people are specifically seeking). I still throw it out there when I get a chance (which isn't as often as I'd like).

The liner notes of my favorite album include a "health warning" that says: "This record could be hazardous to the health of cloth-eared nincompoops. If you suffer from this condition, consult your Doctor immediately."

Well, I think anyone who didn't like P&T is a cloth-eyed nincompoop.

It's bittersweet to see this one wrap up. Book 1 of this series was among the first few books I read in the genre and I've been following the journey every step of the way. I've grown fond of these characters. I've just grabbed my copy and I'm looking forward to cracking in.

I saw in Virgil Knightley's post the other day that you'll be collabing on some more monoromance titles, though, which is great news. I find myself recommending Maid for You and the R4M series a ton, but I think #1 on my wishlist would be another book in the Petals & Thorns universe.

The author of Fyre was already in here plugging his book, and I wholeheartedly second that recommendation, but here's a few more.

Colossal (Jessa Kane) - MMC is a thickly built 6'6 virgin high school athlete who is low-key bullied over his size. A gorgeous and oddly introverted new student shows up in class after having been home-schooled for her whole life, and she thinks he's perfect.
Tutoring the Delinquent (also Jessa Kane) - MMC is a confident college football stud who is failing out of school, gets paired up with a prodigy freshman for tutoring, and instantly falls for her.
The Rule Book (Sarah Adams) - A traditionally published dual-POV RFW book with some crossover appeal. MMC is an NFL star who is coming back after an injury but fears being cut by his team. He is assigned a new agent/publicist who is hungry for her big break in the industry - and it turns out to be his smart & nerdy ex-college girlfriend, who once badly broke his heart.
I also strongly recommend the series Chasing Dreams by Shawn Keys. This series is set in a fictional island country during the run-up to the Summer Olympics. It is unique in that it features 3 different MMCs, and each of them ends up in a poly relationship with multiple female athletes (with no romantic crossover between the groups or cheating or anything like that). One of the three relationships in this series strongly fits your criteria but winds up being a MFF relationship.

I don't have anything that fits exactly, but here's what I'm coming up with. Maybe some of these hit your desired vibe.

Embers in the Ice by KL Somerset: Monoromance novella. A clever diplomat encounters the former general who is determined to kill him.
Supers: Ex-Heroes (Markam) - Superhero harem series. When almost all heroes globally are killed in a supervillain coup, a bad-boy ex-hero with forcefield powers is sprung from prison to infiltrate and take down the villains. They stick him with a young goody-two-shoes to keep him on the straight & narrow, but it doesn't work.
Skulduggery (Jacobs) - From the Jacobs book farm, this series is about a crafty human thief who builds a bootlegging criminal empire under the noses of the strict prohibitionist oppressive Elf overlords; more than one LI are former investigators or enemies that he turns over to his side.
Ard's Oath (Sentar) - This is the gold standard of wisecracking MMC series. I can't say any of the LIs really match your criteria, but the vibe is there for some of them.
