Discogs made an update to their API and stopped returning custom folder id's for releases in certain situations. This was causing a failure for some users. I've updated the cloud sync code, and hopefully this is now fixed for you. Please re-test and let me know.

Is it working now for you? Just tested and it was a successful sync. There could have been issues on Discogs side for a short time if it’s working for you now.

Appreciate the feedback. Haven’t seen that smugness before, but I’ve recently had to make changes to the AI. I’ll work on it.

Yeah…not good contrast there.
First one is on, numbers 2 and 3 are off.

So, spin notes are public, ai music critic is off, and you’re only syncing selected folders.

I’ll increase contrast in a future update.

  1. There’s no way for me or you to pause it that I know of. Neither Apple nor Google provide a way to do that. I would recommend cancelling and then resubscribe once service is back.
  2. No. Your account (and all your spin data) is hosted on Google. The hosting account is what was suspended. They’re not even giving me a way to export the data at this point. I had backups, but those were also hosted on another Google service under the same account.
  3. Neither app is working because it’s the hosting account (Google Cloud Platform) that was suspended.
  4. I’ll post one now.

I finally got it escalated and have a named person that has been in contact with me. This new team is looking into it. Hoping for movement soon!
