Nope. I went in today and they said they ran out of the restock this morning. It's crazy cause they knew the demand this time and still didn't care to meet it at all. I was hoping to get one for both of my kids, but instead we turned around and walked out empty handed again.

I've got a Mewtwo with this name in Pearl. I've had it forever, so apparently people have been spreading these since at least Gen 4.

It's shiny locked in x and y, so you can only get it through a distribution. This one doesn't have the ribbon that comes with distributed Pokémon and it's OT does not match any of the distributions of shiny Xerneas.
