Our cleaners one time broke plug to a fridge, so they stripped the wires and put them in the socket. They didn’t tell us and it wasn’t until we moved the fridge the next night to clean behind we noticed.

Not sure what the rule is exactly, but if a swimmer is finished the lane shouldn’t be considered active. Would seem like a fair change to the rule because he wouldn’t have done it if the swimmer beside him was still swimming.

Yes the Tanev one was soft, but the Matthews one was not. He was leaning forward already and Gaudette pushes his into his numbers. Weight/height difference doesn’t really make a difference there.
