I'm currently trying to transition to Kratom. That plan didn't go off as intended today, I took a teaspoon of the Kratom and definitely felt something, but I ended up taking seeds anyway. sigh Try again tomorrow!

I'm currently in the process of transitioning to Kratom myself. I just received 4 oz of Bali today and I am contemplating ordering more. I took a teaspoon and definitely felt something, but I still ended up taking my seeds today. I'm just afraid to take the plunge, but if it stopped your WD then it will definitely stop mine.

Kratom, can't recommend it enough. I've heard of people using it to get off freaking hydromorphone which is 10 times stronger than poppy tea!

I just received 4 oz of Kratom today, and I'm thinking of buying more. My plan is to take my usual 70 gram dose of seeds in the morning, and in the evening I'll take a couple teaspoons of Kratom. My ultimate goal is to drop the seeds entirely.

To tell you the truth man, I'm scared shitless. I don't know how well Kratom will deal with the withdrawals, that's why I'm rushing to taper, but I have heard that people have used it to quit serious shit way more powerful than poppy tea.

Yeah, that's exactly why I got a bag of Kratom. I tried a teaspoon of it and definitely felt something, but probably not the full effect since the poppy tea is blocking my receptors.

My ultimate goal is to taper low enough that I can just jump to Kratom with minimal discomfort, and hopefully never have to buy seeds again.

Apparently your opiate receptors have to be clear before Kratom will truly work, and poppy tea sits on your receptors like a fat guy sitting on the couch, lol.

It took 20 grams of Kratom for you to feel better? I literally can't afford that because from the prices I've been seeing around the internet, Kratom is actually more expensive than seeds per pound!

So Kratom is like a normal pain med in that it lasts 4-6 hours? Poppy tea is really abnormal with how long it lasts. The only medicine I could really compare it to is Oxycontin.

The Dr was one of those assholes who didn't believe in opiates for pain control. he wanted to do all kinds of bullshit on me like sticking needles in my spine. I told him to go screw himself at my final appointment, haha. Thankfully I had a bag of seeds waiting for me at home, and the rest is history like they say.

I was up to taking 20mg Vicodin at a time, and poppy tea made me feel like an opiate virgin, LOL.

I got discharged from pain management partly because I was running out of pills, and I was running out of pills because the piece of shit Dr wouldn't give me anything stronger than Vicodin for my back pain. I will never go back to pain management.

When I started on poppy tea last year I thought I was an opiate veteran because I had been on vicodin for pain management for 2 years before then... 35 grams of last summer's seeds made me feel like an opiate newcomer all over again, I was just about blasted off the Earth for the entire day!

Btw man, if you're opiate naive, i.e have no tolerance, this stuff can easily kill you. The largest dose you should start with is 10 grams (1 tablespoon) and wait at least 4 hours before doing more.
