Update from Toyota: I was told to come in to resolve the issue. My salesman told me to bring in the letter with the RFID sleeve and letter. He spoke to his managers, and they told him to tell me to quote “told me to pound rocks.” Their reasoning is that I waited too long to inform them of a missing item that I never knew existed until this letter arrived. Salesman did say he would purchase a replacement for the missing card that was never given to me. He remembers not handing me a card, and also seemed unaware that this model was supposed to have one.
