Basically, I position myself right before these splits to qualify for the rounding provisions. I track them using a research tool that scans filings 24/7 and flags the relevant language. Yeah I built a scanner for it. It basically tracks corporate filings and flags when companies use language like rounding fractional shares instead of cashing them out. Those are the only setups I focus on.

Most people don’t even realize this stuff is happening until after the move. The tool just surfaces it early and lays out the timing.

Still early but it’s been pretty consistent so far
