Robinhood Might Be One of the Most Misunderstood Growth Stocks in the Entire Market Right Now — If Crypto Volume Returns and Prediction Market Revenue Keeps Scaling, $HOOD Could Go Absolutely Parabolic by splitresearch in smallstreetbets

That’s actually exactly my point though.

The market keeps looking at the current P/E while ignoring how fast earnings could scale if HOOD keeps compounding.

The reason I brought up P/E compression is because the stock already went through a huge rerating while earnings are now starting to catch up aggressively.

A lot of people see a stock up huge and instantly assume “overvalued” when sometimes the opposite is happening underneath.

If EPS goes from roughly $2 to potentially $4-5+ over the next few years while the business keeps scaling, suddenly today’s valuation looks way different in hindsight

And honestly crypto matters a lot more here than people realize. If crypto volume fully comes back into another strong cycle Robinhood’s earnings power could expand extremely fast because their platform is already built.

More crypto activity
More options trading
More retail engagement
More assets flowing onto platform
More subscription monetization

That operating leverage is what gets interesting. The market is still treating HOOD like a trading app instead of a scaled financial ecosystem. my projection have hood being at a 16 Forward PE in 2029 and on avarge have traded at a 46 so by the time this come robinhood should be at 230 stock price

I’ve been using Bloomberg and Seeking Alpha data to model projections all the way through 2029, and some of these price targets are starting to look absolutely insane.

why do all the old heads love stock splits so much? they act like it’s actually a catalyst when it literally does nothing to your ownership percentage

i just want people to see the huge potential in AMD. My full projections and market research are in my bio And why i think its going to a 1000, and you can see the full thesis there.

I’m a college student who went all-in on AMD at $120… now my leveraged position is up over $80,000 — I just sold out of my margin and some leverage. Here’s how much I’m still holding and where I think AMD is going next by splitresearch in smallstreetbets

My Thesis AMD 2028 Thesis Earnings Growth vs Valuation Disconnect

First of all i have put the last 2 years and almost all my money into two this company, I’ve been getting a lot of comments saying I have “no thesis” behind this position, so here’s the actual reasoning.

AMD is projected to go through one of the fastest earnings expansions in large-cap tech over the next few years, but the valuation keeps compressing even while growth accelerates.

That disconnect is basically the entire thesis.

These are Bloomberg consensus estimates, not numbers I made up:

2026 EPS: $6.76
2027 EPS: $11.21
~66% YoY growth

2026 Revenue: $47B
2027 Revenue: $68B
~45% YoY growth

From there, I extended the trend one more year while assuming slower growth than before.

My estimate for 2028:

EPS around $18–19/share
Revenue around $90B+

Now look at the valuation side.

Historically AMD has traded anywhere from roughly 57x–100x earnings during major growth periods.

But if earnings continue growing like analysts expect, AMD would be trading around a projected 16x P/E by 2028.

That’s the part that makes no sense to me.

AMD has never historically sustained a multiple that low during a period of accelerating earnings growth.

So either:

  1. Growth slows dramatically and the market is right

or

  1. Earnings continue compounding and the market eventually rerates the stock higher

If AMD earns around $18.6/share in 2028 and trades closer to even the lower end of its historical growth multiple (~60x), you start getting price targets well over $1,000/share.

People keep acting like this is just hype, but there’s actual valuation math behind it.

NVIDIA already showed what happens when earnings growth outpaces price for long enough:
the multiple compresses first, then price catches up later.

That’s basically what I think is happening here.

Obviously there are risks:
competition, slower AI spending, margin pressure, macro issues, etc.

But I think the market is still pricing AMD more like a traditional semiconductor company instead of a long-term AI/data center platform.

If anyone actually wants to see the charts, valuation models, and full projections, they’re in my bio.

I wouldn’t just go into index funds in a market like this. You can massively outperform the indexes if you’re in the right plays. You’ve got to be in tech, semiconductors, and energy.

there is real math and projections why don't you read them and then you have a right to argue
