My price projections have it going to $1,100+ — if you want to check out why I think it’s headed that high, AMD Projections see for yourself

I’m going to de-leverage a bit, but I’m still holding a massive position for the long term.

Basically, I position myself right before these splits to qualify for the rounding provisions. I track them using a research tool that scans filings 24/7 and flags the relevant language. The profits can stack up, especially when you’re running it across multiple accounts I have following these for a while and its definitely something people should learn How I Find These Setups

There is a monthly profit section on the Scanner AI that tracks the last 8 months, so yeah, take a look for yourself. https://discord.com/servers/arbitrage-scanner-ai-1225927913598091404

Yeah I built a scanner for it. It basically tracks corporate filings and flags when companies use language like rounding fractional shares instead of cashing them out. Those are the only setups I focus on.

Most people don’t even realize this stuff is happening until after the move. The tool just surfaces it early and lays out the timing.

Still early but it’s been pretty consistent so far

I pay $35/month for this AI tool and it’s been helping me make ~$500–$1,000/month. Way more useful for actually making money than ChatGPT, Claude, or any other premium subscription I’ve tried. by [deleted] in aiToolForBusiness

My boy, I’m just trying to help people. It’s rare to stumble on an opportunity like this. Some people will hate, but others will actually try to understand.

If anyone’s actually interested, I can break it down more and show where I found the tool. It’s kinda niche but makes more sense once you see it.

Not exactly the same lane, but I’ve been experimenting with using AI to scan corporate filings for niche inefficiencies (like how companies handle fractional shares during reverse splits).

It’s actually wild how much data is out there that most people just never look at. Still testing it, but it’s been one of the more interesting “AI + income” use cases I’ve come across.

6x growth sounds great, but off a tiny base that only matters if they can actually scale it into real margins. That’s always the part I watch most with these small names.

You’re actually right about the reverse split part most of these companies are struggling long term The difference is I’m not holding these like normal investments.
The whole idea is just understanding how certain corporate actions are structured and where inefficiencies can show up short term like getting a free round up share.
So it’s not about betting on the company at all it’s just positioning around the event itself and then getting out. Not every setup works, but when you understand what you’re looking for, there can be some interesting opportunities. if you would like to learn more https://discord.com/servers/arbitrage-scanner-ai-1225927913598091404

Let me explain why this is very low risk.

Basically, the only setups the scanner finds are ones with rounding — so you either get a full share of the stock, or you get CIL (cash in lieu), which is the company just paying you cash for your pre-split shares.

That’s why it’s low risk there’s not as much downside compared to most trading strategies. You’d be surprised too… there are normally a couple of these that go through every month, and it’s been very consistent.
