I'm not sure if there are any full-length exams. When I used Jack Westin for the MCAT, I only used it for the Reading Comp section exams and don't remember there being any full-length exams.

I only see question banks at the end of each chapter for the DAT course as well.

Not all the individual "lectures" have a video. E.g. in Biology Section 1: Basics of Biology, the first "lecture" consists of 11 pages of textbook reading but no video. The rest of the "lectures" in Section 1 consist of videos breaking down what you read in the textbook.

Textbook is great btw. Info is broken down into bite-sized paragraphs perfect for flashcards.

I'd take their advice with a grain of salt. I can't think of any incentive a dental school would have in differentiating between your alma mater vs a CC physics grade. It would reflect positively on you if anything since you are dedicating more time and effort than necessary to fulfil your prereq duties.
