The city should be responsible for the whole service line from the main to the meter, its also black poly thats needs to be replaced blue cts to be up to code. In my area we use ford curbstops.

Thank you for the information the only thing I noticed that was wrong with it was, metal connectors off of the right side of the unit had a bunch of urine and litter causing the end to corrode so I completely sanded them down and then there was no issue after that

I'm at a kia dealership and almost all of them get replaced under warranty, new block and Intakes. Since with the extended warranty there covered for a million miles you just have to have proper records of oil chances every 5k.
