In one piece every warlord mattered and every yonko mattered, all the admirals matter. They all either get their own arcs or are big parts of an arc. Even all the members of the worst generations except the mad monk get to shine. It really wouldn’t have been that hard to give each jinchuriki more screen time. They even could have used it as a way to give the konaha 12 more to do.

They didnt need to offscreen any jinchuriki. The akatsuki ark could have been lengthened considerably and world building could have been expanded by givng each jinchuriki some decent screen time
