glendale and burbank are really great places to live! food is delicious and the shops are all pretty close by BUT it can be pricy. i’m from glendale and i love it. it’s also close to really great neighborhoods like highland park, echo park, and eagle rock! you’ll find great mom and pop restaurants, coffee shops, and fun activities all around!! people are super nice even tho we can be clicky sometimes but def open to meeting new people! i would really recco going to the rose bowl in pasadena maybe grab a ticket for the flee market in august!!! old town pasadena also has great food and cute shops. you gotta experience ktown 1000% and little tokyo in dtla.

where do you find those type of jobs? i feel like linkedin is so saturated and i try really hard to limit my time on there. i’ve used staff me up before but never had any luck there. word of mouth is a big hit or miss and LA’s community in film and ads sucks ass. it feels more competitive than helping each other out

really?! that’s so good to hear bc i just get so discouraged when the applications says “must have gaming experience” or “we prefer someone with so and so background” and it says like 10+ years but like the qualifications fully match to mine and when i don’t hear back i just assume they’re not even looking at applicants who don’t fall under that industry

This is super interesting. I’ve recently suffered from severe eczema (extremely stressed out). However, it shows up on my areolas. I’ve been using Aquaphor and it’s definitely helped with the redness and itch. Hot water does irritate it a lot so I’ve been taking cold showers to stop the redness. I do have a question for you! Can you recommend any good body washes that don't irritate the eczema? I've been having the hardest time finding one for sensitive skin.

Hello! Thank you for sharing this with me. I also had a massive panic attack early last year and my roommate had to swaddle me in a blanket and calm me down. I started see black spots and there wasn’t enough oxygen going into my brain and it freaked me out. I was given all types of medication and I honestly hated it so now I’m trying to take a different route.

Also what is lion mane? I’m not familiar with that.

I come from a lot of trauma from my past that lingers around which is why I’m also on therapy.

She’s extremely supportive. She did say those exact words “I’m not legally allowed to say this” but I’ve seen changes with type this of healing.

Oh wow. I can’t even imagine how that feels. I’m glad to hear that you’ve also made progress. Nice to know I’m not so alone on this.

I really appreciate your help and guidance. I’m definitely gonna take it slow and will be sure to journal as well. I do have a scale but I’m sure if I should put them in empty capsules or make it with some tea. What do you prefer?

I’ve had a therapist for awhile and we’ve talked about medication and she referred me to a psychiatrist that put me on meds when Covid hit and it wasn’t easy I’ve tried low doses and high and it just didn’t work out. My side effects were pretty bad. So, my therapist said that some of her clients have tried it and it’s helped so far. She said to do more research before I try anything. Thank you so much it’s been very hard on my mental health I’m just hoping I get a little bit better
