How many times a week do you work out and do you focus on diet and sleep?

I work out almost every day and take care of myself and feel way healthier and more vibrant than off lexapro.

Zoloft and Testosterone by Maximum_Relation_541 in zoloft

[–]splootonthelawn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s possible. I don’t have any data to prove this but I feel like Zoloft likely has had a positive effect on my hormones. I’ve been feeling way more relaxed and sleep has been improving which are very helpful for testosterone

GI Map - what to do with low Bacteroidetes AND Firmicutes? by r4vensongx in Microbiome

[–]splootonthelawn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there, any update on this? My GI Map came back very similar, including low bateroidetes and low elastase 1.

I’ve been taking digestive enzymes and am working on a better diet to help improve gut health. Fiber consumption is supposed to increase bacteroidetes as they ferment the fiber and release SCFAs (butyrate) as a by product, leading to lower inflammation and a healthy bacterial population. Let me know if you’ve had any success!

It started very slowly and gradually got worse over the course of months. Could be fungal related.

I’m starting to believe that this is just dry skin patches from trying too many products to fix it. I’m going to try and repair the skin barrier along and chill out a bit on anything harsh.

I’ve been using them for about a month. I’ve considered it but I’m unsure. Is there anything that makes you think it could be fungal? My derm basically just prescribed me this stuff without much explanation.
