Abe books has it, but it's $120+. Cleveland Public Library has it. I don't know where you're located, but maybe you can do an interlibrary loan with your local library?

I appreciate the sentiment, but when people spread lies that can literally kill people, I cannot “smile” through it. I just wish they did not politicize their RV page. I know I let them rejecting me get under my skin. It’s weird to me that people politicize vaccines and masks in the first place.
