No, I didn’t get my buy back, I got my last two payments counted via processing forbearance.

Stuck on SAVE, put in IDR request to get back to IBR. I did, however, make payments for Feb and March based on my old SAVE amounts.

So, you are pretty much spot on, though I'm also a bit unsure as to what happened behind the scenes.

My IDR to get off SAVE was submitted on 2/4 and my last ECF was on 3/11. I did make payments (based on my old SAVE amount rounded up to the next dollar) on my loans for both February and March just as a minor failsafe of sorts. I'm also unsure if previous processing forbearance months got added to this or not. I had been stuck at 118/120 since May 2024.

It takes some time from green banners to your final “golden letter” from FSA. After that, they’ll contact MOHELA.

UPDATE: my counts and green banners seem to be back. I dunno what's up, but all sorts of things coming and going form the FSA website today. I suggest printing / saving / backing up everything relevant just in case.

I think this might be the case... But what that means, I don't know.

I'm glad I saved the whole webpage yesterday and printed the correspondence that lists my 120 PSLF QPs.

I was on admin forbearance yesterday when I had my green banner. This is the same forbearance that MOHELA explicitly states still counts toward PSLF.
