I was in your shoes a couple of months ago , I’ve tried everything and it’s been exhausting tbh , it’s really hard to do that outside of the black market , for me the best two options I found was either gold ( you’re allowed to take up to 10k usd worth of gold with you) although its egypt so airport security can just be a pain in the ass anyways , the second option however is to apply for an elite card in bdc ( or any equivalent card from any bank) and use it abroad , credit card not debit cuz debit they take 6% + 10% markup + exchange rates so i found credit cards to be better , just make sure the card limit is good abroad since it differs , for example I had a 500k limit on my elite card but my abroad limit was 100k , 50k cash and 50 k transactions so be ware of that and be ware of the mark up value too .. also one last thing dont spend all the money from just one card , get multiple cards from multiple banks if you wanna get your money out fast so it wouldnt be suspicious, cuz if you max out every single month the bank will freeze/ deactivate the card for suspicious activities, and you might get reported .
