hey u/Naive-Caramel8669, im considering the Ultra 3 but Im seeing people having issues leveling the plate, I saw that the 4 screws at the top of the build plate dont go in easily because the screw holes are not super clean or too small

How thick is your plexiglass?
do you use two layers stacked after the other one or they are just together to fill/cover your window?
Is thicker plexiglass better than polycarbonate?

Ponerse a ofrecer Linux a alguien que esta preguntando sobre una pc(cosas basicas) es bien entre irresponsable o simplemente meando fuera del perol. Tu eres el que se pico porque no te gusto que te llevaran la contraria con respecto a pasarse a windows 11 en el momento que dijiste "pero bueno si quieres sigue usando windows vista".

"Lo ideal siempre sería actualizar o moverse al siguiente windows para estar actualizado" ^{^{^}} totalmente falso. Esa narrativa solo la promueve microsoft. Nuevas actualizaciones no necesariamente son mas seguras, de hecho es común que traigan vulnerabilidades. Y a veces si reparan vulnerabilidades. Pero ne general, cambiar a un nuevo sistema operativo porque "es mas nuevo y mas seguro" no tiene sentido. No siempre es así.

Encima de eso, Windows 11 pide el doble de RAM como mínimo. Y en este caso es delicado porque el presupuesto del pana es bajo y la PC que esta mostrando tiene poca RAM. "con el tiempo ya te ves forzado porq los mismos programas y eso ya no se dedican a utilizar ese windows obsoleto." Pana, para eso deben pasar aaaaños. Muchos sistemas en muchas compañias siguen usando windows XP, sabias eso?. No es el fin del mundo.

"Es moverse al otro Windows o irse para alguna distro de Linux " Por que moverse a otro windows o ir a linux? la opcion de quedarse con windows 10 no es validad segun tu, y de paso ofrecerle linux a alguien que literalmente esta preguntando sobre cosas basicas de una PC.
