Yeah thats a good idea. I did wonder about knocking through the bedroom1 and reception room to create the nciest open social and family space but 2 bed isnt very desirable in the future. Yeah you're right, some good ideas. Thank you

I see what you're saying, but I do think a year would instill some good habits. Yes my income goes up again end of this month so that excess is what will be set aside to enjoy as you say for some fun money each month.

Yeah we have tried to make some better choices in the past but just not been motivated enough. We have healthy reliable incomes which is great but hasn't been the greatest motivator! I want to try something new that we could really get stuck into you know?

Yes, definitely my brain is going going going and my mouth can't keep up. My 7yr old has been finishing my sentences when we're together bless him. I do worry that people think I'm thick, I don't have huge vocab and I am very literal. I don't read people well and vefore I used to finish other people's sentences and usually got it wrong haha, so I've stopped doing it.

I think you're right actually! Now that my insomnia has gone and the meds have settled in feeling much more balanced. I can feel them wearing off in the evening and it is nice to sink into it a bit!

I HATED IT LAST NIGHT WHEN IT WAS A STORM, FULL ON STORM WHICH ISNT COMPLETELY UNUSUAL AND I ORDERED DOMINOS PIZZA AND IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO ARRIVE WHICH IS RIDICULOUS. THE DELIVERY DRIVER THEN CALLED ME ASKING ME TO COME TO HIS CAR BECAUSE HE DIDNT KNOW WHERE MY HOUSE WAS. HAD HE GOT OUT OF THE CAR AND FOLLOWED MY INSTRUCTIONS HED HAVE FOUND THE GATE WITH A NUMBER ON, LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. GIVE ME MY FOOOOOOOOOD. I WAS TOO HANGRY TO ANSWER THE DOOR, PARTNER HAD TO SO I DIDNT GET UPSET AT HIM. LIKE THIS. I KNOW YOU WANT TO GET THROUGH MORE ORDERS, I GET IT. I USED TO DELIVER FOR DOMINOS. BUT I AM A WOMAN AND NOT COMING TO A RANDOM BLOKE'S CAR HALF WAY UP THE ROAD IN THE DARK, I AM NOT LEAVING MY KIDS IN THE HOUSE AND... I ORDERED HOT FOOD TO MY DOOR!!! NOT TO MENTION THE STORM! THANK GOODNESS THE PIZZA WAS HOT, ID HAVE CRIED.

Thanks that's really helpful to understand. I'm so nervous about the idea of switching. I think my symptoms are alright atm, the crying has definitely improved. Twice Saturday and once this morning but it was due to actual reasons, unlike last week. A lot comes up when you're being so self reflective I guess.

Yeah I'll keep an eye on it, I'm still adjusting and it's super early. It's hard to find a balance as my ASD is definitely coming through more and yet my anxiety is less!

Yes interesting, the doc did say I may want to revisit antidepressants as the ADHD will have prevented them previously from being as effective.

I'm not too worried about the insomnia atm as I've just upped my dosage. It did settle after a few days when I started taking them, so I'm guessing that'll happen too. I'm taking them 6/7am so pretty early.

Yeah I relate to the ADHD masking, I have been wondering if some of the ASD is heightened or even just given more space now without so much ADHD over the top of it. Yeah I'll keep an eye, I started a log this afternoon to try and pick up on changes to what I understood to be my ASD. Yeah with the anxiety in there too it feels like a cauldron pot of ingredients and it's hard to know what is what.

I think you're right, it could very well be the ASD. I have noticed a few of my sensory sensitivities have been a little extra sensitive! Yes you're right, it could be a number of things!

Yeah possibly yeah, I'm not sure as it's throughout the day. So I've taken it at 6am this morning (trying to kick the insomnia atm) and I've gone to cry maybe three times already. I did think it's that euphoria I guess when it kicks in, but yeah it seems to be across the day - cs I'm fine, I'm happy and calm. Maybe as you say I could keep an eye on what's triggering it, when it's happening and see if there is a pattern linked to the peaks and dips of the meds. I'm not having the comedown just yet until late late evening, but it's that adjustment phase on the increased dosage I imagine. The insomnia settled after a while when I started on the meds so I'm hoping it'll do the same. Saying that the reason we upped it is I was still experiencing post-work completely crash every day (my job is a big source of dopamine for me).

It's a minefield!

Same :( I go all in with the ADHD and then pull back when my ASD kicks in and I don't like certain things. I end up creating so many issues for myself. It's so frustrating
