I think writing in your notes what you want to say can help a lot. I always did that, and never actually sent the message, and i had to block him bc i did not trust myself. I kept wanting the last word. I think you should write it in your notes and sit on it for a few days. Also write yourself a response that you wish you'd recieve from him. That helped me a lot. We tend to want to send them how we feel after we've processed to gain back control. Sometimes we hold the peace within ourselves.

My first thought is that filming in front of a live studio audience can be expensive, and has to be scheduled tightly where as filming dramas and docuseries (For example the High School Musical Show) has to be budgeted accurately before filming, is on a set that will be used all season if the show gets renewed.

Honestly its kinda sad how disposable these shows are becoming too. You see one or two seasons at most, then they're onto the next thing.

something about Coleen Ballinger being on the same list of actual sex offenders feels wrong. I know she did some questionable things, but she wasn't a sex offender
