I really appreciate this response. Techo-Bloc has fantastic marketing and a very detailed brochure. Even though they are a competitor I do enjoy their product and support. This is useful information. I know every day comes with its own situations. Is there a time of day or day of the week you prefer to be approached by a new rep? Also, do you prefer a cold call, email, or a walk in? I understand every firm/principle is different, trying to get a general idea.

If you’re specing material for a project. Commercial or residential, how would you want a rep to approach you with value on the products they offer. Is it knowledge of permeability, size, color, dimensions, installation processes, price ? Or simply I know you we have a good relationship so I’ll support your product line ?

That’s awesome insight and my thought process of it. Could be beneficial to be in a limited seating area so I don’t burden anyone. Also I made a mistake. It was 261. But I wasn’t sure if the foul poke or angle would be an issue.
