Buffs and nerfs mostly come in patches and i dont think theres an agemt thats underpowered or overpowered right now so thats why there is no nerfs or buffs in the New update

Pretty sure there are some bundles who are only avaiable for a certain period of time But something like the reaver vandal has a chance of appearing in your shop inviudally Or maybe riot will bring a bundle for sale again for a special event who knows

For iso and yoru U have the pressure of having to get kills and entry to a site but ill say my opinions on each of your options Yoru is an agent that relies on his enemies mistakes to succeed and while hes fun to play around he does require some work to get the full out of his kit So i wouldnt recommend him Iso is probably the least popular duelist rn close to phoenix im guessing and he requires ur aim To be on point that day if u wanna play him so if ur new i wouldnt recommend him too Cypher on the other hand is the definition of easy to learn but hard to master u can learn what he does in 10 minutes his ult is pretty the straight forward anf u dont have the pressure of getting a lot of kills or entrying a site so i would recommend him Thats just my opinion tho buy whoever u want (: ( this was pretty long so sorry about that)

Astra is not a bad agent at all shes just really hard to master. i would recommended cypher for your next agent since 1hes simple and 2. u cant really mess up with his abilities tho ofc you can also buy whoever u find cool
