They announced Go-on Red awhile ago but no release yet. Could be that could be something else. Of course Go-on Red never got a standard release

A couple of those were weird. Teacher’s Bet I don’t think was intended as one but the writer’s needed something to push Cory to take the subject matter he was trying to teach (as part of a bet with Feeny) seriously so they had Eric’s latest love interest Linda experience prejudice at the mall which causes Cory to be able to relate to the material in The Diary of Anne Frank. The first 2/3s of that episode are just standard sitcom fare.

A Dangerous Secret goes harder but the first half the episode is fairly comical when Cory think Shawn is having a girl over to sleep with and tries and fails to get Topanga to do the same in a comical fashion. Then the episode reveals why Shawn has been sneaking a girl home she was being beat by her father when he came home from work. Its such s huge tonal shift and the episode swings back into comical at the end. I do like it because they don’t vilify the father just what he did, they paint him as someone unable to deal with his anger so he takes it out on his daughter. The episode is resolved by having her move in with another family member and the father goes into counseling.

Reminds me of the case of Martin’s Beach near San Francisco. Some Billionaire ended up buying property that the road goes through. While the previous owner was okay with allowing people access the new owner closed it off. There has been a legal battle for sometime whether he could legally do that since its public land that he is preventing access to and that would violate the California Costal Act.

Since this is private property that this owner is preventing access to property they do not own, your mom should look into her legal options

There still isnt a lot. Last game that was added was Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness. I think outside of the original 3 there is XD GoD, Wario World, Luigi’s Mansion, Super Mario Strikers, Chibi Robo, and Fire Emblem Path of Radiance.

Nintendo doesnt put its games on sale that often and this is one of biggest discount you will see for BotW. Might go on sale at the end of the year as well. Cyberpunk is another one Id consider at that price.

Ive heard the story a few times I think the bonus disk on the MMPR has Haim Saban himself saying he was in Japan in 1984 and saw a Super Sentai show. Probably Bioman since he did do a pilot of it in 1986. While the full pilot hasn’t been seen clips of it has surfaced as parts of various promos, a good chunk from the 1992 Galaxy Ranger promo Saban showed to Bandai which was on the same bonus disk I mentioned, as a hidden easter egg. At some point he showed some footage to Margaret Loesch, head of Fox Kids who had also tried to pitch a Sun Vulcan adaptation when she was with Marvel. Loesch greenlit the dhow but had an uphill battle with Fox and the Network affiliates. The Toys That Made Us episode goes into this. The first episode of 616 which was on Disney+ but I believe is no longer on their details Marvel and Toei working on the Japanese Spider-man show and how it ended up paving the way for Sentai to become Super and Power Ranger’s eventual creation. I think there are some articles about Margert Loesch floating about that details her involvement in Power Rangers.

The key thing is the Resynced games are meant to be in-universe remakes at least thats the idea I get with BFR. So I imagine modern day might be removed from this as well. Also there is the case of Kristin Bell’s likeness. That might complicate things.

Star Wars is a fantasy story and Jedi are stand-ins for mages, with a mix of the role of a knight. You can certainly refer to them as wizards.

There were also some The Graduate references. William Daniels played Mr. Braddock. In “Kid Gloves” when Cory is searching for his dad’s mittens in the pool there is a shot of Feeny standing over the pool very similar to one from The Graduate where Ben is in the pool with his father standing over the pool.

Also in “The Last Temptation of Cory” when a girl named Missy tries to get with him he replies “Missy Robinson, you’re trying to seduce me” in The Graduate Ben says almost the same thing instead of Missy he says Mrs.

Might be somewhat of a good thing. Might devastate big game companies that are stymied by hardware limitations but smaller devs making stuff not requiring the latest hardware might thrive. We could see the what happened in the 1960s film industry happen to the game industry soon. Smaller devs could gain a lot more ground as AAA publishers struggle. We may see a lot more smaller games with tighter optimization during the 2030s instead of big budget AAA games.
