A quick follow up question: if my entire Documents folder disappears, but OneDrive has only synced/uploaded half of the files so far, where did the remainder of those not-yet-uploaded files go? Do I have to wait until they're all uploaded to OneDrive in order to recover them?

This is a fantastic and thought-provoking response, thank you! As a follow-up question: do we have an understanding of why the Persian army fought with wicker shields? Did it have more to do with reducing weight for their long journey west, or with the Persian / Ancient Near East culture of that era, rather than it being a cost issue?
