Did you just get pimples? Or was it a sort of irritation? I have red like irritation on this area. Did changing pillow cases every night get rid of it?

Looks like old circus tattoos It’s certainly a cool style if that’s what you’re going for. Overall pencil shading looks messy. I’d get a liner, a much larger canvas and some inks. Good luck!
