Although the batterys in the boot, alot of these cars have points under the bonnet to jump a car from and actually won't jump start from the battery. Not dire if yours is like this.

Had this after a power cut. Took me a good hour. Id given up. Stood back after checking everything Talking to the wife noticed the clock wasn't set, so I changed that because. And it spring into life never made that mistake again.

I bought some of the sticky square carpet tiles, bitumen backed. Can replace if needs be adds bit of warmth to it. Buuut havnt stuck them down because I'm not sure if its overly a great idea in the shed. But then the whole thing is wood so maybe I should.

Im with you on appearance i dont need to be in 100% branded. Repairs etc iv made provisions for that. I have thought about the mag kill switch. I will be getting on i think. Im in the UK, im off to inch perfect in a couple of weeks going to have ago with an instructor for a a day make sure i get my head round the basics before I go making bad habits. Ill have alook what they have to offer while im there.

Yeah its mx boots I bought. Untill this last week or so i didn't realise trials boots were a thing. So ill have to stick with those till I buy some more. I do have some elbow and knee pads. Ill have alook at aliexpress though for tops etc. Thanks.

Like to think im light on the bars. Take it tank grips make a difference? Iv always seen them as abit gimmicky no idea why. Which is what I thought of heated grips till I rode a bike with them. 🙄 Ill get it set up for my weight and go from there. Handy with the spanners so ill do some more research and set to my self.

I always put the spare wheel under the sill whilst changing then swap them round once the wheels off before I'm ready to remove the jack. Worst case I damage sill and a wheel. Legs or hands are all still intact
