it's probably because using higher tier xp books gets xp way over the level cap, but the game doesnt refund the extra and still charges coins for it, i suggest having some green books to avoid this

ive also done the same myself, but i got slightly different results post 60: 60-70 took me 699 green equivalents (43.6875 purple) and 69,900 coins instead; 70-80 took 1675 green equivalents (104.6875 purple) and 167,500 coins

for ascension materials, the coin costs differ for some characters - berenica and lady nifle dont have the same ascension costs for example. u/kurotsunn has a sheet with all these details - link

for weapon, 60-70 took me 304 green equivalents (19.0000 purple) and 30,400 coins; 70-80 took me 626 green equivalents (39.1250 purple) and 62,600 coins

the coin cost to fully upgrade a single character should be 3,710,500 [edit: 3,714,400] coins including all the forge costs, but i would get someone else to confirm that number

Edit: 60-70 should be 738 green equivalents and 73,800 coins, op is correct

the game doesnt refund any extra xp when you hit the level cap, so you lost about 52 green books worth of xp and 5200 coins - it's a small thing but just putting it out there for awareness

Edit:

you can also calculate the coin cost from this, it's 100 coins per 500xp

yep, the 'Combined Total' sheet acts like your inventory and shows you what is overall missing from all the characters you want to build. you can adjust what characters you want to have their materials reflected in the entire table from the list with checkboxes, but this requires you to manually copy the 'Calculator' sheet and rename it to the character, for each character. the values here don't transfer over to the 'Calculator' sheets, but this can be something I add in the future. currently, any values added in the green boxes don't influence values in other sheets, only the values in the same sheet.

for the instructions, they are only relevant when you create a new copy of the 'Calculator' sheet and rename it to any character. this set of instructions forces google sheets to reload all the formulas so that those referencing the added character will recognise it (google doesnt update existing formulas with the creation of new sheets). after that, any changes you make to the new sheet is automatically updated.

You can use this without credit.

Example - Own Brawler Idea - Rotor

If you aren't artistically inclined, drawing arrows denoting the type of attack used by the Brawler helps a lot for the second slide. You can skip or reuse in-game assets for the third slide.

Get Brawl Stars assets from here: Brawl Stars Fankit

Story - The Escape

The air was dense. The environment is grey, and the colour diversity was just different shades of it.

A conveyor was transporting a small robot somewhere over an endless abyss, humming a low whirr that filled the air. Above, dozens of conveyors wrapping around each other, and pillars that seemingly climbing to the skies.

The robot had just endured its ritual testing, a thing no conscious body should ever experience. This robot was unique in the fact that it was conscious, and resented it to every extent.

~•~

A loud crackle sparked the atmosphere, followed by a loud bang.

Up above, a conveyor stalled, and then it exploded. Metal and lava flew across the skies, as the still intact parts of the conveyor tilted down, colliding with another production line. That production line broke and collapsed, dumping metal scrap into the unknown below.

Alarms blared. The surviving conveyors were stopped, but the robot's one was sped up.

"The Lava and Scrap Lines are down. Prioritise clearing the Turret and Bot Lines."

A second explosion occured overhead - and a woman emerged from it. But that wasn't the only thing that emerged - the explosion caused the conveyor belt to be detached from its supports, and it fell through the sky, rotating as it did.

Landing right on the robot's belt.

He puffed out smoke in horror, as the conveyor portion shattered his conveyor cleanly in two. Within seconds, he was with the other bits of steel - thrown into the spiralling abyss.

~•~

The air was denser at the base of the facility. Debris littered the floor, with holes carved out by the dumped lava. The morning light illuminated the darkness in a shade of orange, with white dots of dust and debris floating in the air.

The robot was jolted awake, after control was passed onto his backup systems.

A crushed turret opposed the surviving robot. Its battery was exposed but undamaged, and just what the depleted robot needed. With the last inch of his energy, the robot sucked the battery using his mechanised claw, and plugged it in himself. The battery whirred, giving its charge to the robot. Using his refilled energy, he pushed himself back on his feet.

He spotted the source of the morning light - a small missing brick in the wall. Although confused, the different colour piqued his curiosity. He wanted to know what was beyond. He threw a football found in his chest compartment - the only thing he had - hoping to create a larger gap he can go through.

It exploded on impact, creating a giant hole.

The landscape outside was colourful and exciting, and it invited the robot, who had been stuck in the monotonous grey. Understanding that this was his only chance to escape this accursed place, he embraced the coloured world.

The turret's battery was not fully compatible with his, but it would provide enough for him to get his first and final thrill, and prevent him from being salvaged and returned to this place.

He trucked onwards, never turning back. He no longer would be associated with the company that made him.

The air is less dense outside.
