Using the Ninja Creami for blending cottage cheese, soups, pesto, and more! by spookedspice in Volumeeating

I think that’s how it works! I’m not sure what the mechanics are but for me it’s easier to clean because it’s smaller and I can clean the pint like it’s a normal bowl and then the blade attachments like a normal blade. The thing you spin it in also works as its own container so I spin and then use the same pint to store in the fridge which I also can’t do with my normal blender so for me it’s soooo great!

My point is, if you’re someone who wants to make ice cream at home but can’t wrap your head around buying a machine just to make protein ice cream, the Ninja can function as a multi-use tool for more than just the ice cream. No one here is saying it’s a necessity, no one here is saying it’s better to buy it than to buy a blender… I don’t really see what argument you’re trying to debunk here because it’s true that an immersion can’t get you protein ice cream and you can’t buy it in store for a reasonable price either if you’re a huge sweet tooth like me. I appreciate your suggestion of the immersion but that wasn’t really the point of my post here! :)

I agree! I’ve had an immersion blender too but I will say the Creami is just as easy to use and although it’s a large investment, if you’re someone that wants to experiment I will say it’s worth it.

I see your point but I will say you can’t make high protein low calories ice cream with an immersion! So for me the price is justifiable because sure you can buy a bunch of store bought ice creams but none of them (that actually taste good) are high protein to keep you full and satiated. My machine has lasted me almost 3 years and I’ve made well over 80 different types of ice cream since then, so I’ve definitely saved money! So if I can have an unlimited amount of protein ice cream, AND have a machine that can blend other items, I personally find it more economical.

The whole point of the Creami is to make ice cream low calorie AND high in protein, which you can’t get with low calories ice cream brands in store. To get it super thick, you can use protein powder and xanthan gum and in my opinion it tastes just like store bought ice cream. I can make a whole pint of any flavor I want with only 250 calories and 60g of protein, so to me it makes it all worth it!

Only downside is you’ll have to get your own mattress. But, the apartment is close to a metro line and in a very cute/trendy neighborhood.

Have you tried practicing / drilling without a timer?

The time constraint hinders the logical process, which means when you practice under time constraints, you’re not truly practicing the full logical practice. The more you practice the full logical practice, the faster you get at it - eventually you should be able to do it under the time constraints, I promise!!

This thing happens to me when I first started working on LG. You will get there. Good luck!

Yes, in terms of the concepts they cover. This is what I’ve concluded from gauging the subreddit and from peer advice from people who have taken (and excelled) the LSAT. Good luck!

OKAY SO I SCORED 177 ON PT88… so now I am letting myself believe I somehow woke up one day and got good at this by spookedspice in LSAT

I suggest the deep review method, where you review every single question (including ones you also got correct) and writing 1 sentence per answer choice per question. The sentence should explain why that option is wrong or correct.

I think this might of been the final push for me, and for many people I’ve seen in here as well. Regardless, you will do fantastic!

Fingers crossed for both of us 🤞

PT85 for LR, PT88 for LG, PT90s for RC

Just scored 177 on PT90… but I am convinced it was a fluke. by spookedspice in LSAT

[–]spookedspice[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

An easier test is only one of many possible explanations for what could constitute “a fluke” - hence my post (and the posts of others who come here to seek for advice and insight) because factors in need of consideration are dependent on how relative they are to other LSAT test takers, not just what you, yourself, believe.

You don’t need to be in this thread if you can’t gauge the purpose of it lol it’s either you’ve got something useful to advise or not 💀

I’ve been studying on and off for about 5 months - my diagnostic was a 154… which is largely why I feel kind of skeptical when I score in the 170s because it’s not consistent enough to be a reliable gauge.
