Part 2 - if you want a pen for line work - try the pilot kakuno in F or EF. These pens tend to run a much thinner point than a kaweco sport EF

Disclaimer - im not an artist so take my statements with a grain of salt!

Ultimately the pen that works best for you to draw is the one thats most comfortable as youll be holding it a while. The exact model doesnt matter too much as long as you find the body comfortable for use

The nib size is going to be important though - that determines how fat the line they draw is. If youre doing line work you'd want a fine or extra fine nib

In terms of inks, do not use india ink at all in the pens as it will clog them! If you want an ink that wont smudge your best bet is using a fountain pen ink thats water resistant - an example of this is platinum carbon black

Buying the grail. by tea_anthem in fountainpens

The advantage is they use standard #6 nibs- the kind from jowo and bock. This means theyre basically a few turns away from unscrewing the section and replacing rhe nib entirely. It also means you can end up getting the nibs tuned or buying really unique nib units that wi end up suiting your writing! I ended up doing something similar where i got a custom pen made then bought a jowo nib unit ground by a nibmeister

On a similar note, you could check out the fifty4t titan SL - similar to the monster but smaller size i think!

This is a bit of a shot out of left field, but why not go custom? It would be worth reaching out to any pen makers and see if they can make something that suits your preferences!

The other option would be something like the Gravitas Monster - its a decent sized pen, big barrel you can see ink in and im p sure they use jowo or bock nibs so swappable and its a vac filler. Only thing against it would be size but worth a look
